Finance Director - The Hopi Foundation

Salary: $55k/year *salaries negotiable based on education & experience

The Finance Director oversees and manages the finance functions of the Hopi Foundation and the accounting operations of the organization including budgeting, auditing, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and internal policies and procedures. This position oversees development and implementation of financial systems including policies and procedures and the daily, weekly, monthly and annual activities required to maintain complete, accurate and current financial and accounting records.

HF - Finance Director

Associate Program Director - The Hopi Foundation 

Salary: $45k/year *salaries negotiable based on education & experience

The Associate Program Director (APD) is a key member of the senior management team and has primary responsibility for management and oversight of The Hopi Foundation public programs and services. The ADP works with the administrative management teams to assist with designing and implementing The Hopi Foundation’s communication strategy and for carrying out long-term strategic planning, resource development, and monitoring of short-term projects and goals. The APD works collaboratively with The Hopi Foundation’s senior management team to ensure effective daily operations and may take on delegation of duties when the Program Director is unavailable. The APD reports to and is accountable to The Hopi Foundation’s Program Director.

HF - Associate Prgogram Directo

Program Coordinator - Natwani Coalition

Salary: $25k/year *salaries negotiable based on education & experience

The Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for the coordination of Natwani Coalition programing activities. S/He will develop, maintain and facilitate projects, communication, and community organizing to meet program goals with the support of community members, collaborators, Community Advisory Board (CAB) members and other interested individuals. This position reports directly to The Natwani Coalition Program Manager.

NC - Program Coordinator

Mentor - HOPI Substance Prevention Center

Salary: $30k/year *salaries negotiable based on education & experience

The Mentor is primarily responsible for the coordination of support, education and methods for recovery, prevention and awareness, utilizing various techniques, curriculum and resources. Techniques include one-to-one mentoring, group mentoring, educational presentations and prevention awareness. He/she provides outreach and community education on aspects that relate to the family unit and the effects of substance abuse and recovery. The mentor may service in other various roles, such as case management, advocacy and providing individuals and the community with array of resources available on and off the reservation. The Mentor reports and is accountable to the Program Manager.

NC - Program Coordinator

Most of our positions are based at The Hopi Foundation located in Kykotsmovi Village, AZ with the exception of KUYI positions (in Second Mesa). At this time, many of our staff are working remotely but also work at our offices as needed.

Positions are open until filled or until the posted closing date.

Salaries are based on education, skills, and experience.

Basic fringe benefits will be provided,

Health, dental, and vision insurance may be available.
