Building Community through Philanthropy

Our reward is knowing that we have done a good job in supporting efforts to enhance the lifeways and living conditions on the Hopi Reservation, on other tribal lands and within other indigenous societies. Your contributions are a valuable part of our success.
 
We offer various avenues for supporting our projects and the communities we serve such as through volunteering and providing in-kind and other types of gifts.
 
The Hopi Foundation values your partnership and contributions. We also wish to ensure that your contributions are handled with care, thus we proudly honor the Donor Bill of Rights established by the Association for Fundraising Professionals. These Rights outline our commitment to afford you greater transparency and accountability for the management of your gift.


Giving Choices

You may make an outright gift toward any project sponsored by The Hopi Foundation or contribute a general undesignated gift. The following include but are not limited to the following types of giving choices:
  • Cash contributions directly to The Hopi Foundation
  • Contributions may be made "In Honor of or In Memory of" someone whom you believe supports The Hopi Foundation mission and purpose
  • Publicly-traded and privately-held securities
  • Real estate or other assets (i.e., art collections, etc.)
  • Or you may direct a bequest in your will or trust to leave specific assets or a percentage of your estate to establish a new fund or add to an existing fund
  • For other giving options such as charitable remainder trusts, charitable gift annuities or charitable lead trusts you can contact us directly for more information

As an affiliate of the Arizona Community Foundation, all funds are professionally managed to safeguard principal and provide a competitive investment return to benefit the community. Our staff can help you determine the best way to support the projects or funds that are important to you.
